Numa Introduces NumaStore Lite at ASNC 07

September 13, 2007 - Numa, a nuclear medicine connectivity company, introduced NumaStore Lite Image Management Solution for nuclear cardiology, PET and today’s multimodality images, at the American Society of Nuclear Cardiology, Sept. 6 to Sept. 9, in San Diego, CA.

NumaStore Lite is a special version of Numa’s image storage and management system that is fine-tuned for the needs of smaller NM departments, freestanding clinics and specialty practices using NM images, such as nuclear cardiology.

Traditional NumaStore offers secure cataloging and long-term storage of NM, PET/CT and related patient studies. Enabling a paradigm shift in use of NM studies, it also supports efficient retrieval of these studies for long-term patient care as an alternative to the simple diagnostic snapshots stored on a PACS that are used today.

New NumaStore Lite is appropriate for the specialized workflow and lower volume storage needs of smaller practices, while offering enhanced cost efficiencies.
